WARRANTY and returns

FAULTY ITEMS

We ensure that your item is in 100% working order when you receive it. This includes testing prior to packaging and dispatching the order. However, we understand that sometimes things can go wrong, so if your item is faulty our policy is you may be entitled to a repair or replacement.

DEAD ON ARRIVAL

If your item is dead on arrival (D.O.A) you are entitled to a refund, repair or replacement at your discretion. Once you have returned your item, we will email you the outcome of our inspection within 2-3 days.

RETURNING ITEMS

Please request an authority to return by emailing us at contact@ledandlighting.com.au. Please include your invoice number and the reason for return.

POSTAGE COST OF RETURNED ITEMS

The cost of returning the item is paid by the purchaser. If your item was picked up from our warehouse, it is at the buyer’s expense to return the item.

Please note that if it is determined that your item has become defective as a result of misuse, Complete LED and Lighting reserves the right to request any postage expense it may have incurred prior to releasing the goods back to you.

WARRANTY

Complete LED and Lighting offers warranty on most products, unless stated otherwise on specific listings. It is important to note that our products are intended for private and household use. Products used for commercial purposes come with a 3 month warranty.

Please note that our warranty does not cover damage caused through normal wear and tear, misuse, negligent, tampered with or if the item was used in manner outside of its intended purpose.
